Farhan is a Senior Tax Adviser based in Bangladesh. He is experienced in advising on corporate and international tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, transfer pricing, and tax incentives in Bangladesh.
Farhan has advised multinational clients on international tax structures for Bangladesh and represented several clients in tax assessments before the National Board of Revenue, the governing body for taxes in Bangladesh.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
