Rahajeng is a Legal Adviser at DFDL based in Jakarta. She has expertise in general corporate and commercial matters, investment law, M&A, and loan restructuring matters.

Rahajeng advises foreign and domestic clients from various sectors, including retail, telecommunications, and fast-moving consumer goods, regarding general corporate and commercial matters, licensing, and joint ventures. She has also assisted in M&A transactions in plantation and mining sectors.

Rahajeng has an experience in loan restructuring transactions, where she has assisted borrowers in loan restructuring. Prior to joining DFDL, she was frequently involved in capital market projects, such as the registration of IPO, right issue, and bond issuance.

Rahajeng holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with a major in Business Law from the University of Indonesia.
