Tu Can is a Senior Legal Adviser with a primary focus on Corporate and M&A, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure, and Investment Funds matters. Previously, he worked as a senior consultant at a global management consulting firm for nearly four years where he advised multinational companies and Vietnamese conglomerates in hospitality, logistics, investment funds, construction, energy and infrastructure in relation to their investment, restructuring, and expansion strategies. Prior to joining DFDL, Tu also gained experience advising clients on Corporate and M&A matters in a top-tier Vietnamese law firm.
He speaks English and Vietnamese fluently.
